Arie Van Hoe is Executive Manager Law & Business at VBO-FEB. Previously, he was an attorney at the Brussels Bar, specializing in the areas of corporate litigation and arbitration.
He is editor-in-chief of the Tijdschrift voor Belgisch Handelsrecht / Revue de Droit Commercial Belge, member of the Belgian Centre for Corporate Law and member of the Business and Law research group at the University of Antwerp
Research interests
His research interests are international insolvency law and the intersections of corporate and insolvency law. He is (still) working on a doctoral thesis on the insolvency of company groups.
