Karel-Jan Vandormael is a doctoral researcher at the Institute for Commercial and Insolvency Law at KU Leuven. He prepares a doctoral thesis on the legal rules on government guarantees.
He is also a lawyer at the bar of Limburg, and a member of the board of editors of the journal ‘Limburgs Rechtsleven’. He is also affiliated with the University of Hasselt.
Research Interests
Karel-Jan’s research interests are at the intersection of contract- and commercial law and constitutional and administrative law.
